The Zibbo Promise
Your first 2 new Clients are free until November 23, 2026. After that, you pay $5 the first time you work with a new Client. Repeat jobs with the same Client are free.
- If the Client doesn't write back within 48 hours after you pay, you get your $5 back.
- You also get your $5 back if the Client blocks you, or if a safety report is filed on that chat.
- If you paid by card, the money goes back to your card. If a credit covered it, you get the credit back.
Zibbo brings Clients and Pros together. The work itself is between the two of you: you agree on the price, the timing and the details, and the Client pays the Pro directly.
Zibbo doesn't vet Pros or Clients. Before you hire, ask the Pro for anything that matters to you, like a licence, bonding or insurance, and read what other Clients have said in their reviews. Badges only confirm the detail they name, like an email or phone number.
