About Zibbo
Zibbo is a small Okanagan business started in Summerland. It is built for neighbours helping neighbours.
Clients post a task. Pros nearby say they are interested. You chat on Zibbo and agree on the job. Then the Client pays the Pro directly. Zibbo only makes the introduction. We don't employ the Pros, and the money for the work doesn't go through us.
Zibbo only connects Clients and Pros. Zibbo doesn't vet, recommend or endorse anyone. A badge shows only the check it names (see What badges mean). Zibbo doesn't check anyone's background, criminal record, credentials, licences or insurance. It's up to the Client to choose the Pro: ask for references, look at star ratings from completed jobs, ask to see a copy of any licence or insurance, and do your own checks.
